Cardinal Bicycle’s 20k for the Greenway is back! Join us for a fun, untimed ride along the Roanoke River Greenway on June 8. This family-friendly event has a 20km (~12.4-mile) and 20-mile option. It’s a great opportunity for people of all ability levels to experience our wonderful cycling infrastructure and community.
Proceeds benefit PedalSafe ROA, Roanoke Parks Foundation, and Roanoke Valley Greenways. Come out to support the greenways, trails, and safe cycling!

Cardinal Bicycle + Cafe in Grandin Village (1312 Winborne St SW, Roanoke, VA 24015)
Schedule:
- 8:00 a.m.: Rider Check-in begins. Arrive early to pick up your number.
- 9:00 a.m.: 20-mile riders depart
- 9:30 a.m.: 20k riders depart
- 11:00 a.m.: Lunch available for purchase at the Cardinal Cafe
Parking
Parking is limited. Please carpool or ride to the event if possible. Arrive early if you are driving to find a parking spot.
